The assignment

Medical translations into 15 languages. Medical translations into 15 languages. One of the biggest assignments we’ve completed together with Invinn was for a major global medical company specialising in dialysis. The assignment involved translating documents and voiceover scripts for instructional medical films. A truly exciting assignment that involved translations into no fewer than 15 languages: Arabic, German, Spanish, Latin American Spanish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Kazakh, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Swedish and Turkish.

Language solutions

Invin needed a translation agency that could handle medical translations, and they chose us. In addition to translation, the project also required a degree of cultural localisation for the 15 different markets, the correct handling of advanced files exported directly from the client's tool, and an ability to correctly process fonts appropriate to the different languages. The entire project also demanded meticulous accuracy from translators, reviewers and project managers alike. The project was an utter joy!
