Translation agency for marketing texts
Translating a marketing text is about so much more than just a translation. The tone of voice must reflect your brand’s linguistic expression. Word choice and style are two other important aspects.
We are the translation agency that loves to put that little extra care into giving your marketing texts a feel that reflects your company's brand and creating impactful copy that makes your business stand out from your competitors. Our translations are tailored to appeal to your audience, whether through powerful product descriptions, inspiring blog posts or compelling advertisements.
Translation agency with a broad range of expertise
Our dedicated team of translators, reviewers and project managers collectively possess a broad expertise in handling market-adapted texts across various industries. Many of them have education and backgrounds in journalism and copywriting. The translators only translate into their native language and either reside in the country where the language is spoken or maintain close contact with their home country. This is important because languages are constantly evolving, and a translator must be up to date with language and trends in order to create a contemporary text.

Translation requiring precision
Technical translations can include anything from technical texts to IT texts. When it comes to technical translations, it is therefore crucial that all terms and concepts are translated with the highest precision. Each subcategory requires specialised knowledge to ensure that the translation is not only correct, but also accurate and reliable. With our deep industry knowledge, you can be sure that your technical documents are translated with the required accuracy.
The translation agency with expertise in technology and IT
Our expertise in technical and IT texts ensures that every word, every sentence and every technical term is correctly and accurately rendered. A faulty translation can be devastating, and as a translation agency, we ensure that the translation is clear and correctly translated while maintaining top-class quality. We choose our translators with care and ensure that they not only have the right language skills but also specialise in IT and technology.
We ensure that your technical communication is just as clear and unambiguous in other languages as it is in the original. By using the correct terminology and concepts, we can help you reach a global audience without compromising on quality.

Translation of socially useful texts for new arrivals
Sweden receives many new arrivals, which means a large number of people who do not understand Swedish or English. Instead, a host of other languages are becoming increasingly common. This makes it extremely important to translate socially useful information into other languages so that everyone understands. We are the translation agency that wants to make a difference to society through good translations!
We offer a secure process
With us, we have developed and adapted our processes when it comes to texts from Swedish into a number of migrant languages, such as Arabic, Dari, Sorani, Farsi (Persian) and Tigrinya. We have engaged translators who not only understand Swedish, but also know Swedish society.
As a translation agency, we place special emphasis on setting up processes specifically tailored to your text and your needs, and we maintain a close dialogue with you and the translators throughout the entire project.
Several of these languages are not written with the Latin alphabet, which also makes handling the files a bit more complicated and means the layout may need some adaptation. We are also happy to help you through that part so that the end result is as good as possible.

Annual reports and financial texts with the right phrasing and tone
Every company puts its own stamp on the tone and style of its financial reports and texts, while at the same time it is of the utmost importance that the translation has consistent language use and correct terminology. There are also different standards (IFRS and GAAP) in different countries to relate to.
An annual report is an example of a comprehensive publication that often spans hundreds of pages. Its extensive nature, which frequently involves multiple authors and updates during the creation process, can make translation challenging and complex. Furthermore, if the company has international stakeholders, or if authorities need access to a report in another language, translating the annual report may become necessary. This translation is then of great importance in ensuring that the information reaches a broader audience.
By using us as a translation agency to translate your annual report, you can be sure that the publication will be accurate and clear. We have extensive experience and high expertise in the translation of financial reports and economic texts. You are provided with a team of native-speaking translators and reviewers who have training and experience in the economic field. With us, your documents are treated with the highest possible confidentiality, and we can also draw up separate non-disclosure agreements for assignments that require them.

The translation agency with expertise in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and medical technology
Medical texts are particularly sensitive as they affect so many aspects of human health. Whether it is about pharmaceutical information, manuals for medical equipment, clinical trials, reports or patient education, it is important that the text is written in the patient's or healthcare professional's mother tongue and that all information is correct.
A medical translation requires a translator with specific experience in translating medical texts. The translator needs to have knowledge of the terminology and the correct style level in order to create a high-quality native translation within the relevant field. The translator also ensures that there is the correct tonality and expression for the intended target audience.
With extensive experience in medical translation, as a translation agency we always ensure we choose the right translator for your assignments.

Translation of legal texts
The legal field is vast and legal texts can range from legislation to purchase agreements. As our customer, you will receive help with the translation of various types of business-to-business agreements and contracts, product warranties, licence agreements, employment contracts and tender documents.
When translating legal documents, it is extremely important that all terms and concepts are translated correctly, and each subcategory requires knowledge of that specific field. With us as your translation agency and language partner, you ensure that the translation is carried out correctly.

We translate to and from most languages. Here are some languages we frequently translate into:
Arabic, Bulgarian, Danish, Dari, English, Estonian, Farsi, Finnish, French, Greek, Indonesian, Italian, Icelandic, Japanese, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Somali, Sorani, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Tigrinya, Czech, Turkish, German, Ukrainian and Vietnamese. Which industries do you master?

We also provide Easy Swedish, Easy English and audiovisual translation services. We work exclusively with businesses.
Is there anything you don't do?
We work exclusively with businesses. Private individuals are referred to SFÖ's website. We do not work with interpretation.
Can I have my translation in the layout?
Yes, if you send us a text in InDesign and other formats, you will get the translation back in the same layout. We also offer additional DTP if you want print-ready files back. Please specify this when ordering or request for quotation.
Can you do express jobs?
Yes, absolutely. We will do everything we can to ensure you get the material back when you need it. Contact us here. Let us know when you need your translation and we will get back to you promptly.
Price and delivery time
How much does a translation cost?
The price of your translation is based on a combination of different criteria, such as the text's difficulty and subject matter, text volume, target and source languages, as well as the deadline.
Translation prices are very much about supply and demand. Certain languages have fewer available translators within specific subject categories, and therefore the prices are higher than for languages and subjects where there are more translators to choose from. Some languages are more labour-intensive than others, and the text may need to be adapted more to the culture of the different countries. Upload your file to get a quote. If the file is large we recommend WeTransfer.
Can you offer contract prices and volume discounts?
Yes, of course. If you have regular translation needs with larger volumes, we are happy to offer you a contract price. Contact one of our project managers here.
Do you charge extra for express delivery?
We charge an additional 10–100 % for express delivery. Express delivery costs more because the translator has to put other assignments on hold and may have to work overtime to complete this one. In most cases, the work is completed quickly even without express delivery, so the surcharge may not be necessary. Upload your file with the proposed delivery date to get a quote. If the file is large, we recommend WeTransfer.
How quickly can I get my translation?
Delivery times depend primarily on the availability of a suitable translator and the volume of text. A good rule of thumb is to assume that a translator has the capacity to translate approximately 2,000 words per day. On top of this come project management, language checking and file handling. When you receive a quote from us, we’ll also provide a delivery time. Please state in your quote request if you have a specific deadline to meet, and we’ll take this into account. If you’re in a particular hurry, we offer an express service where you can have your text translated extra quickly. Request a quote here.
Translation process and quality
What does your working process look like?
Our standard work process involves a native-speaking translator with specialist expertise in the relevant field who translates and reviews their own text. After that, another translator steps in to review the text yet again. As a regular customer with us, you have the opportunity to get the same translator every time and one and the same project manager. We can set up specially tailored work processes and workflows for different types of customer projects. Contact us if you would like to discuss your project with one of our project managers. We have spent many years honing our work process. Read about some of our client case studies here.
Who translates my text?
A qualified native translator specialising in the relevant subject area translates the text, and a second qualified translator reviews it, in accordance with our standard workflow.
